Below you’ll find a collection of recipes and pairing ideas designed to complement our current releases. Many of these dishes have been shared with us by friends, family, and industry partners — the same meals we enjoy around our own table.
From the bright, citrus-kissed flavors of Grilled Lemon Chicken paired with our 2024 Sauvignon Blanc to the comforting richness of Butternut Squash Soup alongside our 2021 Chardonnay, each pairing is designed to bring balance and harmony to the table. For a more decadent expression, the depth and structure of our 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon and the supple spice of our 2023 Syrah unfold beautifully alongside Chocolate Raspberry Brownie, enhancing its dark fruit and cocoa nuances.
